We start with an assessment to determine how many hours of in-clinic ABA is most appropriate. The BCBA will assess the needs of each child and design a unique treatment plan.
Each client has a team of one or more highly trained RBTs along with a supervising BCBA. Our staff are trained in a variety of therapeutic techniques. We use DTT and NET to increase communication and social skills.

When you reach out to us, we will start with a phone call to discuss our different programs including ABA. At that time, if you would like we also offer a Meet & Greet to meet the BCBA and go through family history, goals, etc.
Assessment
Next, we submit all necessary paperwork to insurance for preauthorization. Once approved, a BCBA is assigned to complete the assessment & write the treatment plan. Assessments are done in the home and clinic environments - anywhere the problems have occured.
Begin Program
Once the BCBA submits a treatment plan is approved internally & treatment hours are approved by insurance, we will review it with the family. We'll discuss next steps and recommendations. At this time we will also determine the best schedule including Parent Meetings.
